We had our 14 year old pontoon boat cleaned and coated last summer with BTS Protectant and it looks just as mildew-free as it did just after it was treated.  Even though we have suffered an extremely wet spring here and a summer consistently in the 90's, our white boat seats are clean and look like new.  It’s been sitting out in the weather with no cover all that time and we still didn't have to do the old "Clorox clean and scrub" routine this year. Our brand new boat and boat cover were treated with BTS last fall.
